All you need is just ten minutes to put up this yummy breakfast. The taste is similar to that of Garlic Bread. I have used coriander leaves for adding the flavor. However you may try the same recipe with Mint, or any other herbs like Basil, Oregano etc.

- 6 Whole Wheat Bread
- 5 Pods Garlic
- bunch Coriander a small
- 1 Chilly Green
- 5 Cheese Cubes -
- 1 tbsp Butter Melted

Instructions
- Wash coriander leaves thoroughly
- Grind coriander, green chilly and garlic paste pods to thick
- Spread this green paste on whole wheat bread
- Heat butter in a non stick tawa and place the breads
- Wait until they turn golden brown
- Sprinkle some cheese and let it melt
- Garlic cheese toast is ready to be served
