  1. Pressure cook BabyPotatoes for 4 whistles. Peel the skin and keep it aside
  2. Heat ghee in a wide bottomed vessel
  3. Add Bayleaf, cinnamon sticks, cloves and elaichi
  4. Saute for a minute
  5. Add Onions, slit green chilli, curry leaves and saute until onions become brown in color
  6. Add salt, baby potatoes.Give it a mix
  7. Now is the time to add kaara chutney and other dry spice powders. Gently mix everything together
  8. Add yogurt and 1/2 cup water. Simmer the flame
  9. Let the potatoes absorb the flavors for 4-5 minutes
  10. Add rice and mix gently. Ensure potatoes arent getting mashed
  11. Adjust salt and garnish with mint & coriander leaves
  12. Turn off the flame and close the pan
  13. After 10 minutes serve this delicious Briyani with Raita 😁
