Instructions
  1. Soak poha in water for about 10 minutes. I used thin variety of flakes. If you are using thick flakes, make sure to soak in water at least 20 minutes
  2. Drain water completely
  3. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and add cashews
  4. Once they are golden brown remove from pan and keep it aside
  5. In the same pan add poha and saute for about minutes 2 3
  6. And then add powdered jaggery
  7. Depending on the variety of jaggery the quantity might differ. So kindly check and adjust. If the jaggery is too dark brown in color, then you might need a lesser amount of jaggery
  8. Add grated coconut and cardamom powder
  9. Mix everything together. Once the jaggery starts melting simmer the flame and close the pan with a lid
  10. Let them get cooked for about 10 minutes
  11. Before serving add the roasted cashewnuts, some ghee on top and serve it hot drizzle
