Cheese Dosa
Started to explore Instagram recently and been updating my daily food menu there. It is always encouraging to see ‘likes’ & ‘comments’ for your recipes/pictures. I am planning to write a series of simple breakfast/dinner recipes that I have shared in IG ov

  1. Heat Dosa Tawa and pour a ladle full of batter on tawa
  2. Sprinkle cheese and dried oregano leaves
  3. Drizzle oil and close tawa with the lid
  4. Once the cheese melts, roll dosa and serve it. You don’t have to flip the dosa
  5. Golden Brown ‘Cheese Dosa’ is ready to be served with Chutney/Sambhar
