Ingredients
For batter :
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned below ‘batter’ section by adding little water.Let the batter be slightly thick
  2. Cut Paneer into cubes or into any of your desired shapes Marinate each and every cube with the batter prepared above.Let them rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a tawa or in skillet and fry until paneer cubes are golden brown.
  4. I haven’t deep fried the cubes just to cut down on calories ;). However if you are comfortable with that you can deep fry the paneer cubes.
  5. Cut onion and capsicum into chunks.
  6. Heat the remaining oil and fry onion, capsicum, grated ginger-garlic and sautxe9 until they are translucent.
  7. Add salt and the sauces one by one.
  8. Finally add the golden brown paneer cubes and make sure they are completely mixed with the sauces.
  9. Add spring onions and coriander leaves at the end and serve hot with ‘Fried Rice’ or you can have it as an evening snack.
