Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a wide bowl, sift the gram flour with a pinch of salt
  2. Add carom seeds and all the dry powders one by one
  3. Later add 1/2 cup of yogurt
  4. At this stage combine the chopped veggies
  5. Use a wire whisk to mix the flour, yogurt, veggies by adding water little by little
  6. Make sure there are no lumps in the batter
  7. Adjust salt and spice
  8. Rest the batter for 10-15 minutes. If you dont have time then you can prepare it immediately too.
  9. Heat a non-stick Tawa and pour a ladle full of batter. If you want a thinner pancake, you can add extra water and change the consistency of the batter according to your preference. Since I added lots of veggies I prefer it this way. Flipping will be easier too.
  10. Drizzle some oil on sides of the pancake
  11. Wait until one side is cooked and then flip over. Once both sides are cooked remove them from tawa
  12. Serve the warm gram flour pancakes with sauces or chutney along with a mug of Tea
