Homemade NoBake Granola mix
Our morning breakfasts can be made healthier by using this Homemade Granola mix. This has no refined sugar and have added a very little amount of Natural Honey for sweetness. Loaded with nuts and dried fruits am sure you will enjoy this healthy breakfast.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat nonstick frying pan and toss in Oats
  2. Saute nicely until the oats turn golden brown. Remove from pan and keep it aside
  3. Add coconut oil to the pan and add all the nuts,seeds (pine nuts,walnuts,pumpkin seeds,almonds)
  4. Saute well for 5 minutes and then add dried dates,raspberries,sultanas
  5. At this stage add honey and vanilla essence
  6. Mix everything well. Turn off the flame
  7. Finally mix oats, wheat flakes, cinnamon and nutmeg powder
  8. Mix everything and you get a crunchy granola mix for breakfast
  9. Before serving you can add fresh fruits too
