Methi Masala Chappathi
If you are bored of the plain chappathi you can try this.The aroma of Dried Kasuri methi leaves and masala powders makes the dish even more delicious

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. The ingredients required to prepare the masala
  2. Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a frying pan.Add cumin seeds,curry leaves and let it splutter. Add onion and continue sauteing
  3. Once the onion turns golden brown add all the masala powders along with dried methi leaves.
  4. Saute for one more minute and turn off the flame
  5. In a bowl, mix wheat flour,ghee, salt and the sauteed mixture.
  6. Make it into a chapathi dough by add luke warm water little by little
  7. Rest the dough aside for atleast 10 minutes
  8. Using rolling pin roll the dough to Chappathis.
  9. Now heat tawa and cook them using ghee or oil.
  10. It can be served with raita/dal.
