  1. Boil 2 litres of water in a vessel with little salt and cooking oil.
  2. Add Pasta to it.If you are directly cooking, it will take about 15-17 minutes to achieve Aldente state .Instead you can pressure cook pasta for about 3 whistles.You can save fuel and time.
  3. Remove pasta from pressure cooker and wash it in running water. This helps to prevent it being sticky.
  4. Keep it aside.
  5. Heat a deep bottomed frying pan and add butter.
  6. Once it started to melt add maida to it. Saute for about two minutes. Then add cold milk and keep stirring to avoid formation of lumps.
  7. To this mixture add white pepper,little salt,cooked corn kernels. Give a mild stir.
  8. Then add cooked pasta to the sauce.Ensure that pasta is completely mixed with sauce.
  9. Turn off the stove and season the pasta with oregano.
  10. Spray the grated cheese on top and serve it hot.
