Veg Pasta
I started eating Pasta only after marriage.I never liked it. However it was Shiva’s fav dish. On Sundays he used to prepare Sunfeast readymade Pasta…(I just hate that)

Ingredients

  1. Boil water with a pinch of salt, a tsp of oil in a vessel.Add ‘Fusilli’ Pasta to it and close the vessel. Let it get cooked for about minutes 20 minutes on a lower flameThe texture of the Pasta is very important. It shouldn’be too sticky.Hence avoid adding too much of water during the initial cooking tNow open the vessel and check if they are completely cooked. Drain excess water. Wash it in running cold water and drain them too. This step prevents Pasta from sticking to each other
  2. Heat a frying pan and add cooking oil.
  3. Now add all the chopped vegetables to the pan. Add salt and saute them for about 5 mins.
  4. Once the vegetables are half cooked add chilli powder and pepper powder.
  5. Add little water and close the pan for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now cooked Pasta can be added to the pan.
  7. Add the sauces one by one to the pan. Make sure Pasta is completely mixed with vegetables and sauces.
  8. Close the pan and let the Pasta get mixed with sauces. After 4-5 minutes garnish with some coriander leaves and serve Pasta
