Vegetarian Lasagne (Inspired from Jamie Oliver’s recipe)
This is my second post on Lasagna. You can refer the first version here. This time I followed a renowned chef’s recipe and tried recreating the exact Italian flavor, taste and prepared sauces in an authentic way. Th

  1. First spread some faux bolognese sauce.
  2. Spread two sheets and add some cheese.
  3. Then add some white sauce.Place sheets and then some cheese on top of it.
  4. Now spread the mushrooms and top it off with some cheese.
  5. Continue until sauces and sheets are over..At the end place few tomatoes on top and garnish with some basil leaves.
  6. Tightly close the baking pan with aluminium foil.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  8. I was using a gas oven. So baked in Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes. If you are using standard oven then bake in 180 for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the lasagne from oven and let it cool down for about 10 minutes.
  10. Yaaayyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is my most favorite dish ever. It took close to 3 hours for the entire prep and time until serving. But I really enjoyed this whole challenging process. The output was amazing too
