Vegetable Kofta
December 24, 2013It is popular gravy of North India. Malai Kofta is a sweeter version of this. You are basically making a vegetable balls, deep fry them and add them to a gravy. I used all the available vegetables at my house. You can add veggies of your choice. Potatoes can be replaces by sweet potatoes or yam too.
