Broccoli Fry
This is a very simple pan fried broccoli dish. You can serve it along with hot fried rice or you can even prepare it for evening snacks. You can also deep fry the florets or else bake them if you wanted it to be healthy and minimize the oil consumption.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Wash broccoli florets and boil them in water along with salt & turmeric in medium flame
  2. After 3 minutes drain water completely and place them on a kitchen towel & squeeze extra water. Donot boil for a longer time. It will make the broccoli soft and chances are there that it might become mushy when we try to pan fry
  3. Place the florets on a bowl and then sprinkle the flours, spice powders
  4. Mix well. Ensure that the florets are well marinated
  5. Let them rest for about 10 minutes
  6. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick frying pan. Place the florets in such a way that they are not over crowded.
  7. After 5 minutes slowly turn sides & let them get cooked..Add the remaining oil and saute for a minute.
  8. The outer layer of florets will start to crisp up. After aporoximately 10 minutes turn off flame and serve them hot
Recipe Notes

1. Do not add water extra water on the pan when trying to fry them

2. At all times keep an eye on the flame. Low or medium is sufficient
