Broccoli Soup
Happy New Year 2015. Wishing you all a great year ahead. Eat well and stay healthy, happy in this new year.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Wash and clean broccoli florets
  2. Heat butter in a frying pan
  3. Saute garlic,ginger,chilli and broccoli florets in the pan for sometime
  4. Add 1/2 water and let them boil for about 5 minutes. Florets will be 3/4 th cooked
  5. Grind them to a fine paste with coriander leaves
  6. Add salt,pepper powder and milk to this paste
  7. Boil for sometime. Once the desired consistency is achieved you can remove it from heat
  8. Such a healthy soup and can be given to kids as an evening snack
