CousCous Salad
This is warm salad. I used leftover cooked couscous from the previous day. Asparagus shoots are so much healthy with lot of minerals in it. If you prefer a low calorie yet filling salad then do try this one.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a non stick pan
  2. Add garlic mushroom, a salt and keep sauteing for minutes pods, pinch of 2 3
  3. Once the mushrooms start to become tender remove from pan
  4. In the same pan saute asparagus stem and tomato until they are soft
  5. Serve along side couscous and sprinkle herbs of your choice on top of the salad
  6. Easy and healthy salad that can be eaten at any time of the day : )
