Ingredients
For Marinade :

  1. In a wide bowl mix all the ingredients mentioned under ‘For Marinade’ section
  2. Keep a tbsp of this mixture separately
  3. Cut Tofu into rectangle shaped thick pieces and marinate them in the mixture. Make sure the Tofu is well covered with all the spices,herbs
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  5. In the meantime, boil 1 cup of water in a sauce pan and add a pinch of salt,oil
  6. Once they come to rolling boil, add in couscous and turn off the flame.
  7. Close the pan with a lid. Let it get cooked covered for 10 minutes
  8. Chop all the vegetable finely and mix everything together along with a pinch of salt
  9. Once the couscous is cooled down, add in to the veggies mixture along with the remaining marinade
  10. Heat a grill pan and grill the Tofu pieces on both sides
  11. Place the hot grilled Tofu on top of couscous mixture
  12. Healthy, vegan salad is ready to be served. You can squeeze some extra lime juice if you want.
