Instructions
  1. Sift together Flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon powder
  2. Use fork and mash the bananas
  3. Add 1/4 cup sugar, melted butter and mix it together. If you have an electric mixer use that in Speed 1 for few seconds. Or use a wire whisk
  4. Later add vinegar and vanilla essence. Keep it aside
  5. Now fold the dry ingredients gently over the wet ingredients
  6. The mixture shouldn’t be too dry or too runny. If you find the mix to be slightly dry add extra melted butter or few spoons of cooking oil
  7. Line the cake pan with baking paper and transfer the batter
  8. Top it off with nuts and choco chips
  9. Bake it in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes approximately at 200c
  10. Depending on your oven the time might vary. Use a tooth pick or a fork and check the centre of the cake. If it comes clean then it indicates that cake has been baked well
  11. Let it cool down for 10 minutes. Then slice them into squares
  12. Perfectly moist, flavorful banana cake is ready.
