Mint Chutney Sandwich
One of my favorite breakfasts in recent times 🙂 You get beautiful fresh breads here and am making the most use of it. To spice up the usual normal sandwich I add spicy mint chutney as a spread first and then top it off with veggies. You can even pack this sandwich if you are going on a trip or can

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Wash the mint leaves thoroughly
  2. Then grind it together along with chilli,garlic,ginger,salt,coconut and coriander leaves
  3. Add little water while grinding
  4. Adjust salt to taste
  5. If you don’like the raw smell of Mint and then slightly roast the ingredients on a pan. Then grind it together t
  6. First heat pan with butter and toast the bread slices
  7. Spread chutney on top of it.Align the vegetables and sprinkle cheese.
  8. Place another toast and slightly press it with your palm.
  9. Cheese helps the veggies to stick with each other.
  10. If you have sandwich maker pop them in it.
  11. Cut into halves and serve with fresh juice/coffee.
