Paneer Dosa
Dosa is almost a favorite dish for South Indians.I am a dosa addict 😛 .On Saturdays’ me and Shiva used to go out for dinner.Last week we got to eat Paneer Dosa in HSB(Hotel Saravana Bhavan ).The taste was so damn good.I can’t stop myself from trying this dish at home.It came out really well.

Ingredients

  1. First soak paneer in cold water for 20 minutes. Squeeze water completely with a kitchen towel. This step makes the paneer softer
  2. Grate this paneer using a grater
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan
  4. Add mustard seeds, saunf, Curry leaves and let it splutter
  5. Add grated paneer, finely chopped onion, tomato and then saute
  6. Once they are half cooked (after approximately 5-6 minutes) add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,salt and then saute again for few minutes
  7. Splash little water to the mix and then close the pan.Leave it closed for minutes
  8. Now the paneer mix is ready. Keep it aside
  9. Heat Dosa Tawa and pour batter
  10. Take a big spoonful of paneer mix and spread it evenly on the batter
  11. Close the dosa tawa with a lid for it get to cooked. After a minute roll the dosa and serve
  12. You don’t have to flip the dosa and it is ready to be served with Chutney & Sambar
