Ingredients
  • 4tbsps MolagaPodi / IdliPodi
  • 6 Idli
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tbsp mustard seeds urad dal seeds,
  • pinch A Hing
  • curry leavesFresh
  • 1tbsp sesame oil vegetable oilor any
Instructions
  1. Chop idlis into pieces
  2. Heat oil in a wok
  3. Add mustard seeds, urad dal seeds. Let them splutter
  4. Add salt, hing and curry leaves
  5. Saute for a minute
  6. Now add the chopped idlis and fry for a minute
  7. Sprinkle idli powder generously on the wok and keep sauteing for about minutes 2 3
  8. Ensure all the idli pieces are evenly coated with dry powder
  9. Turn off stove and just add a oil again. This adds nice sesame flavor to the idlis tsp
  10. Serve hot with coconut chutney
