Instructions
Preparation of Powder
  1. Dry Roast Poha in a frying pan for 7-8 minutes in medium low flame
  2. Once it is cooled down add roasted gram,cardamom and grind it to smooth powder
Preparation of Porridge
  1. Mix poha powder with water thoroughly
  2. Later place the bowl on heat and keep on stirring
  3. After approximately 3-4 minutes add milk & continue stirring
  4. The porridge will start to thicken
  5. Remove from heat and once it is cooled down, feed it to babies
