  1. Pressure cook potatoes up to 4 whistles
  2. Boil peas separately in boiling water. Do not over cook them
  3. Once the potatoes are slightly cooled down peel off the skin and mash completely
  4. Remove the corners of bread
  5. Chop the remaining bread fine pieces portion
  6. In a big bowl take the mashed potatoes and start adding all the ingredients except butter one by one
  7. Divide the potato mix into equal sized balls
  8. Flatten the balls into You coat the bread crumbs and then pan fry them if you want to add some extra crispness. However I didn’use bread crumbs. Still the tikkis turned out great discs. can discs in t
  9. Heat butter in Dosa Tawa or a frying pan
  10. Pan fry the tikkis until both sides turn golden brown
  11. Serve the tikkis with Mint Chutney or Tomato sauce
