  1. Boil water in a sauce pan or in a vessel
  2. Once the water starts rolling, add Semolina and keep stirring
  3. Make sure the flame is low. This prevents from semolina getting stuck to the bottom of pan
  4. Add milk, cardamom powder and stir for another couple of minutes
  5. Turn off the flame. Add chopped raisins
  6. Porridge is ready to be fed

Notes :


  • If you want to avoid cow’s milk you can just skip the step and make it a savory porridge by adding yogurt along with sauteed tomato or boiled carrots to it
  • The taste will almost be like mashed upma 😬😬
