Guacamole
Easy to prepare Mexican Dip that can be used in multiple ways. This healthy Guac amole can be used as a spread on bread toast too

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Cut the Avocado into two pieces and remove the seed
  2. Scoop the flesh out of Avocado and using a fork mash them well
  3. Now add finely chopped onions and tomatoes
  4. Add salt, pepper powder and lemon juice
  5. Mix everything together
  6. Add fresh coriander leaves, chilli flakes and any seasoning if you want. When i don’t have fresh coriander leaves i have added dried italian herb seasoning too 🙂
  7. Taste the Guac and if needed add extra lemon juice. Serve it alongside Rice,Bean Chili & Salsa
  8. If you don’t have time to make elaborate mexican lunch you can serve Guac with our regular indian food too 😋😋
