  1. Heat water in a vessel and add a table salt pinch
  2. Once the water is heated add the nuggets to it and close the vessel with a lid
  3. Open it after minutes and drain water completely from them 10
  4. Cut them into pieces and keep it ready (optional)
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, saunf, curry leaves
  6. Let it splutter
  7. Add chopped onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and saute it for few minutes
  8. Add salt,turmeric powder,garam masala,chilli powder to the mixture and saute again
  9. Pour water into the pan and let them be cooked for about minutes 7 8
  10. Now to the mixture add the soy nuggets pieces and let the whole thing be in stove for about minutes 10
  11. Finally add Ajinomoto,mint leaves,corriander leaves
  12. Soy Nuggets curry is ready to be served
