Tomato Puree
Incase if you don’t like to eat chunky tomatoes in a gravy you can always use Puree. You can store in refridgerator and use if for about a week.

Instructions
  1. Wash the tomatoes in water and slightly slit them into halves 4
  2. Boil 3 cups of water in a vessel
  3. Add tomatoes in boiling water for about 5 minutes
  4. Remove them,cool and peel off the skin
  5. Chop the tomatoes roughly and blend them to a smooth Puree
