Gulab Jamun will always be in our Deepavali menu. But this year I thought of preparing a different dessert. Carrot halwa is such a delicious dessert and its Shiva’s favorite too.With generous amount of ghee,sugar (Come On Stop counting Calories!! its ‘Diwali’ ) halwa is much more mouthwatering..It took around 30-40 minutes to prepare. The ingredients are mostly available at our kitchen.We always exchange sweets with neighbors,friends and relatives during this occasion.
