Carrot Thogayal November 22, 2012 Carrot is a nutrition rich vegetable.This thick chutney/thogayal is a good replacement for the usual coconut chutney or tomato chutney. It goes well with Idly,Dosai,Upma too. I served carrot thogayal as a sidedish to Wheat Dosa.
