  • Paneer

    Home made paneer’s texture is always soft and you don’t have worry about the freshness of the paneer. For 1/2 litre of milk you will get around 100gms of paneer approximately.

  • Tomato Puree

    Incase if you don’t like to eat chunky tomatoes in a gravy you can always use Puree. You can store in refridgerator and use if for about a week.

    This is a simple yet delicious gravy with readily available ingredients. Also this time I prepared tomato puree, paneer at home. It took about 30 minutes for the entire preparation.

    I made this dinner yesterday. Very simple, used almost all the available veggies, yet tasty.Veg Rolls are easy to make with less ingredients. You can pack it for lunch too. The mint chutney can be stored and used as a side dish for Idli/Dosa.It takes around 20 minutes for the preparation.
