Aadhu loves Dosai. Whenever I run out of regualr Idli/Dosai batter I quickly make these pancakes for her breakfast. It can be offered to toddlers as an evening snack too. I use a simple combination of ingredients for making the basic pancake batter. Along with that I add fruit purees just for additional flavor. Also A hates eating fruits directly 🙁 So I keep incorporating them in smoothies, cupcakes, pancakes believing in that theory “something is better than nothing” 😊
