An excellent appetizer that looks and tastes great, easy to prepare with the available minimal ingredients. The following measurements serves two. Print Recipe Babycorn Manchurian Course appetizer Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 30 minutes Servings Ingredients 6 nos Babycorn Fresh4 tbsps maida (All purpose flour)2 tbsps rice flour1 tbsp corn flour1/2 tbsp Chillipowder2 tbsps salt1 cup onion Chopped2 tbsps tomato sauce1 tbsp Chilli Sauce1/2 tsp ginger garlic Paste1 cup water Course appetizer Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 30 minutes Servings Ingredients 6 nos Babycorn Fresh4 tbsps maida (All purpose flour)2 tbsps rice flour1 tbsp corn flour1/2 tbsp Chillipowder2 tbsps salt1 cup onion Chopped2 tbsps tomato sauce1 tbsp Chilli Sauce1/2 tsp ginger garlic Paste1 cup water Instructions Clean and chop the baby corn into cubes or to any of your desired shape Add maida,rice flour,corn flour in a bowl. Mix them thoroughly Add salt, chillipowder to the above mixture 1/2 tbsp of 1/2 tsp Slowly add water and prepare the batter. The consistency of the batter should be thick Dip the babycorns in this batter and leave it aside for 5 minutes Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the babycorn pieces Using a tissue paper drain excess oil from the corns Simultaneously heat a saucepan with 1tbsp oil Add chopped onions,salt to the pan.
