I love deep fried snacks. Lockdown is making us crave for more norukks 🤪🤪🙆 There is no doubt about it. Though i don’t follow any strict diet, nowadays am trying to avoid making too many deep fried dishes in a week. Also it is a pain to deep fry in this Induction cooktop. I have a small frying pan for deep frying and have to constantly adjust temperatures for every batch to get perfect results. These baked version of our regular pakodas tastes so good and you won’t definitely miss the deep fried ones. Less guilt also I don’t have to strain much. I just mix and put them in the oven. Let it do its own magic 😁My little one who is not a big fan of Mushroom loved this pakoda. I made it for lunch but ended up reserving some for her evening snacks too.
