Poha or Flattened Rice is an important breakfast ingredient in many parts of our country. There are various ways you could prepare this. I used lots of veggies and it took around less than 30 minutes to make. You can serve Poha upma with either plain yogurt or chutneys.
This is a simple yet delicious gravy with readily available ingredients. Also this time I prepared tomato puree, paneer at home. It took about 30 minutes for the entire preparation.
